Trespa Athlon for Washrooms, Changing Rooms, Swimming Pools and Wet Areas

Cleaning- General

The recommended method for everyday cleaning of Trespa Athlon panels is warm water with a mild universal cleaning agent applied with a sponge or soft nylon brush. This is the ideal way to remove most light, recent soiling. Dry damp surfaces with an absorbent cloth.

Use of strongly acidic, caustic or abrasive cleaning agents is not recommended.

Acid based ceramic cleaners and limescale removers must not be used as they can cause permanent staining. Any spillage or spashes of these cleaners must be washed off the laminate surface.

Removing Specific Types of Stains

- Paint, vanish, ink, shoe polish, lipstick, tar and other soluble but strong stains can be removed with organic solvents such as acetone, white spirit, turpentine or petroleum.

- Rub silicone off dry or use a silicone remover.
