If you are taking advantage of free collection from our factory in Greetland, Halifax, please note the following:

We will notify you by email once your order is ready to collect. If you have not heard back from us within 48 hours, please contact us

Your order must be collected within 14 days from completion of the checkout process otherwise the goods will be restocked. A 15% handling charge will be applied and the balance refunded to your original payment method.

Trespa Pura planks are just over 3m long therefore, short wheel-based vehicles are not suitable for collection purposes. We would recommend a curtain-sided vehicle for large orders, ensuring an easy load and off-load. If you plan to hand-ball the order onto your own vehicle, you will need the appropriate number of personnel. We recommend a minimum of 2 people – further handling information can be downloaded HERE.

N.B. Each pack of 4 Trespa Pura planks weighs approx. 25kg and measures 3100mm L x 235mm W, including packaging.

MISSING, DAMAGED OR FAULTY

Prior to loading, you must check all products match your order and are in good condition. If there is any problem with the order, please notify one of our staff on site.

We will make good any shortage or offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.

CANCELLING/RETURNING ORDERS

Nobody likes cancelling an order, but we’ve tried to make it as painless as possible for you.

You have the right to cancel any items purchased from us at any time before the goods are collected or within 14 days of receiving the goods, in line with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returning your order

You have the right to return any items purchased from us at any time before the goods are collected or within 14 days of receiving the goods, in line with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. You will need to contact us to arrange an agreed time for this return.

Refunds (excluding the cost of returning your goods) will be issued providing the goods are received in good condition and in original packaging. As a consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights.
