Delivery Information


Delivery of heavy and/or long loads often has cost and handling issues associated with them. We are aware that the information below isn’t exciting to read but it is essential, and we urge you to ensure you can meet with all the conditions set below before you place an order.

  • We aim to deliver your order in the best condition possible. Trespa Pura planks are delivered and protected in an individual pack of 4.
  • We only provide delivery to the kerbside and we are not insured to bring products onto the property.
  • Therefore, please ensure you have the appropriate number of personnel required to off-load your delivery. Each box of 4 Trespa Pura planks weighs approx. 25kg and measures 3100mm Length x 235mm Width, including packaging.
  • Further handling information can be found HERE.
  • Any inaccurate information provided by the purchaser which will lead to problems with delivery, access or offloading, may incur additional charges. These include, but are not limited to, re-delivery or return charges. 
  • Performance Panels will not be held responsible for non-delivery of goods such as poor accessibility or the purchaser being unable to offload the goods.

The reason we alert you to these conditions is that Trespa Pura Planks are just over 3m long, therefore, deliveries are usually made using 10 to 18 tonne vehicles. As you can imagine, trying to get such a large vehicle down a dirt track in the middle of the countryside with a low bridge (OK, worst-case scenario we know) which you haven’t told us about is impossible. Our drivers are skilled, but not that skilled!

If you let us know that your premises have restricted access, we can discuss alternative methods of delivery.

  • Once your order is ready for despatch, you will receive an email to let you know the products are on the way and an estimated time of delivery.
  • Any delivery times provided are for guidance only.


On Delivery

At the point of delivery all goods must be inspected and the driver should be notified immediately of any problems i.e. damage or shortage. The delivery note must be signed and dated accordingly.

Missing, damaged or faulty

In the unlikely event of any missing items, damages or mistakes on the order, you must advise us within 14 days from the date the goods are received. Photographic evidence of any damage must be provided for any replacements or refunds to be considered by management. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If goods are delivered in a damaged state and we believe the delivery situation cannot be improved, we reserve the right to refund you in full and cancel the outstanding order.

Nobody likes cancelling an order, but we’ve tried to make it as painless as possible for you.

You have the right to cancel any items purchased from us at any time within 14 days of receiving the goods, in line with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Cancelling your order is easy – just email us with the following information:-

  6. Date of purchase


You have the right to return any items purchased from us within 14 days of receiving the goods, in line with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If you are returning items please email us with the following information:

  5. Delivery address
  6. Date of purchase
  7. Date received goods
  8. Number of returned items
  9. The reason for your return
  10. Whether you would prefer an exchange or a full refund.
  11. Any additional information you feel may be pertinent.

Please Note: You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. You will need to contact us to arrange an agreed time for this return.

Goods must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. 


Refunds (excluding the cost of returning your goods, if applicable) will be issued providing the goods are received in their original condition and packaging. As a consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights.

We aim to raise any approved refunds within 30 days of the goods being returned.
