Here at Performance Panels, we take pride in supporting our customers with their projects, that’s why we are pleased to introduce a new next day delivery service on all sheet goods and cut-to-size panel orders.

We know that projects can be disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances, that’s why we want to ensure that your projects stay on track by offering a fast and reliable next day delivery service. Helping to support your projects every step of the way.

All stock that is distributed through Performance Panels will be available on this delivery service.

In addition to offering sheet goods on our next day delivery service, we are also able to offer our cutting service to save you the hassle of cutting onsite. This will mean that your decorative panels are cut and delivered ready to go next day.

Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility and Availability
  • Next Day Delivery service is available for cut-to-size panels and sheet goods orders placed with Performance Panels Ltd by 12pm on business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Deliveries are only available on business days.
  • This service is currently available for deliveries within Mainland Britain.
  • Availability is subject to stock levels and delivery capacity. Performance Panels Ltd reserves the right to limit the availability of this service due to high demand, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Order Placement and Payment
  • Orders must be fully confirmed, and payment completed by the cut-off time of 12pm, to qualify for next day delivery. Incomplete or unpaid orders may not be processed.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at the time of order.

• Delivery Commitment
  • Performance Panels Ltd will make every reasonable effort to ensure next day delivery. However, next day delivery is not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, or logistics issues.
  • In cases where next day delivery is not achieved, Performance Panels Ltd will inform the customer at the earliest opportunity and work to reschedule the delivery promptly.

• Delivery Time Frame
  • Performance Panels Ltd cannot guarantee specific delivery time slots.

• Delivery Address and Access
  • The delivery address provided must be accessible, with safe and clear entry for our delivery vehicles. If the address is inaccessible or the customer is unavailable, additional charges may apply for redelivery.
  • Any special delivery instructions should be provided at the time of order placement.

• Delivery Fees
  • Next Day Delivery may incur an additional fee, which will be disclosed at the time of order placement. This fee is non-refundable, even in cases where delivery is rescheduled due to factors outside of our control.

• Cut-to-size panels
  • For any cut-to-size panel enquiries, please contact a member of our team.

• Cancellations and Amendments
  • Orders eligible for Next Day Delivery cannot be cancelled or amended after the cut-off time of 12pm due to the processing timeline required for next day fulfilment.
  • In the event of an error with the order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to assist within the constraints of the next day delivery commitment.

• Limitations of Liability
  • Performance Panels Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from delays or failure to deliver on the next day as scheduled, except where such liability is mandated by law.
  • Customers are advised to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address on the scheduled day. Please specify a point of contact that will be available at point of delivery.

• Amendments to Terms
  • Performance Panels Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the updated terms are published.
