To measure abrasion resistance, you use a machine with two spinning wheels that abrade the surface, and you count how many times the wheels spin before the revolutions causes defined degrees of abrasion. Trespa® TopLab®BASE can withstand at least 350 revolutions before showing signs of wear on a black surface whereas some comparable products in the UK can only withstand 150.
