Trespa® TopLab®PLUS is a range of high quality HPL panels developed specifically for environments where hygiene, avoidance of contamination, sustainability, ergonomics, and safety are of importance.

Trespa® TopLab®PLUS is manufactured with Trespa’s unique in-house EBC (Electron Beam Curing) technology is Trespa’s fast, non-thermal curing method which uses high-energy electrons at a controlled rate to cure the surface of Trespa® TopLab®PLUS. This results in a smooth, closed surface structure to provide:

  • Excellent resistance to most aggressive chemicals and cleaning agents
  • Excellent hygiene performance being suitable to most disinfectants on the market
  • Greater performance with durability and impact resistance
  • Scratch and wear resistance
  • High dimensional stability
  • Easy to clean
  • Suitable for contact with food

Trespa® TopLab®PLUS provides protection from most aggressive chemicals, enabling your lab furniture to be easily reconfigured in testing areas when required to start new projects. This ensures your lab design and layout will be fit for purpose for today and tomorrow. Delivering cost savings, with no investment required for ongoing requirements of work surfaces.

 

 Low Maintenance

Trespa® TopLab®PLUS smooth surface is easy to clean. To find out more about the cleaning of Trespa® Toplab®, please see downloads. Trespa®TopLab®PLUS  panels are available in large sizes, reducing unhygienic seams to a minimum.

 

Design Freedom

Trespa® TopLab®PLUS is available in a range of classic, modern, and trend-setting colours and several thicknesses and sizes. 

 

Testing and Certification

Trespa®TopLab®PLUS does not support bacteria growth and is tested and certified according to international standards in relation to chemical resistance (SEFA classification 3), low emission (GREENGUARD and GREENGUARD GOLD), food contact (ISEGA approved).

Trespa International B.V.  is a member of SEFA (Scientific Equipment and Furniture Association), EGNATON (European Association for Sustainable Laboratory Technologies) and VIP3000 (Association for Cleanrooms and Pharmaceutical Construction). Easy Fabrication and Quick Installation 

Fabrication and installation are critical to a project's success. Trespa®TopLab®VERTICAL can be machined like high-quality hardwood, using Tungsten Carbide tooling. Project teams are free to create interiors with a variety of installation methods and finishing options.

When the panels are machined, the dense and homogeneous core of Trespa®TopLab®PLUS leaves a crisp, clean edge and a uniform opening; switches and controls can be easily slotted into the panels. Floor to wall joints can be made flush - minimising dirt.
